Optional Service for Conference Participants
If you prefer not to travel with your poster, we recommend using the local printing service offered by Studia Buchhandlung und Copyshop, located at Innrain 52f, Innsbruck. You can submit your poster file in advance and collect the printed poster upon arrival in Innsbruck.
Below you will find the details for file submission and production:
File Format and Print Size
Only PDF files in the final print size (A0) are accepted. PowerPoint or Apple Keynote files cannot be processed.
Paper Options and Pricing
- Matte photo paper: 17 € per A0
- Semi-glossy paper: 30 € per A0
A processing fee of 1.90 € per order applies. This covers file verification and any necessary adjustments to the print size.
Production Time
Please send your files as early as possible. Production may take up to two working days.

File Submission and Payment
Please email your PDF file to copy@studia.at. Include the name of the person who will collect the poster, so it can be properly labeled.
Payment is made upon collection, either in cash or by card.
